A MAJOR new development is being planned for Europort Road.
The project, for which Eurocity Development is seeking planning permission, will include 366 residential units.
It will also house retail, office, commercial space and parking for bikes, cars and motorbikes.
The proposal was granted outline planning permission by the Development and Planning Commission last year.
It sparked some concern about the height of the building and the potential congestion and privacy issues it could cause.
Those concerned can find copies of the application and plans from the DPC offices.
