spanish incursionBRITAIN is up in arms after yet another incursion into British waters by a Spanish warship.

It will take a complaint to the Spanish government to ‘defend’ its ‘sovereignty over British Gibraltar territorial waters.’

This time, the ship, Alvaro de Bazán, came ‘dangerously close’ to a Royal Navy patrol boat as it was travelling towards Algeciras and changed course in a close encounter with HMS Scimitar.

It was one of two incursions by the Spanish in just one day.

It comes after several illegal incursions into Gibraltarian waters over the past few months, creating tensions across the border.
