BREXIT talks between the United Kingdom and Gibraltar were extended by an incredible SEVEN hours today.
Today’s meetings were for the different working groups on Brexit, such as finance or trade, to have their opportunity to discuss the future.
Given the length of talks it would appear that some serious issues must be being debated.
The Gibraltarian delegation was headed by Chief Minister Fabian Picardo, who was supported by Deputy Chief Minister Joseph Garcia, Attorney General, Michael Llamas and the representative of Gibraltar in the United Kingdom, Dominique Searle.
On Wednesday morning, Fabian Picardo will appear before the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee of the House of Commons to discuss how their respective borders with European Union states could be managed.
